 I'm using linaro here for this, but the question is not about C cross-
 compilation tool-chain but about GHC LLVM-based cross-compilation support.
 If this is ready and working at least for ARM (as the most used cross-
 compilation target), then let's start working on it. If not, then let's
 first solve this homework...
