Comment(by dterei):

 So issue with that is #7620 is not an issue with LLVM as via-C is being
 used. It may not belong linked into this issue either, potentially its a
 general issue with via-C right now or just with cross compilation via-C.
 For now I'll leave it linked in until we get some more information.
