 The Fedora PPC maintainer also reported that the ghc-7.6.3 build does not
 complete on ppc64:
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=989593

 Indeed the build seems to fail when building with ghc-7.6.3 as yama
 reports for Debian.
