[ghc-steering-committee] Stepping down from the Steering Committee

Hi Eric,

Thank you for your service on the Steering Committee over many years, 
and for all your contributions to GHC and the Haskell community. We are 
very grateful for all your efforts, and wish you all the best for the 
future. Of course, to the extent that time permits, your input on 
proposals is still warmly welcome.
