[ghc-steering-committee] Proposal #302: `\of` (New Shepherd: Simon PJ)

I would like (2) to be on the ballot as well. It's unclear from the proposal whether (2) includes the extension to `case of` or if it's a hypothetical future extension, but I think the extension to `case of` should be included.
