We don't have a ✓ from Cale, Eric, SPJ. I assume none of them actually
want to remove something from Haskell2010, but it doesn't hurt to
clarify – after all SPJ writes

so maybe this _is_ a proposal to make FFI extension-guarded, even
though it wasn't in Haskell2010?
