what is the impact of this? Naive question (I should probably study the
proposal more):

Is it the case that delimited continuations will be deeply buried in
some libraries; unsafePerformIO is deeply buried in some other library?
If so, is there even a chance to make these libraries safe, so that the
undefined behavior doesn’t hit?
