[ghc-steering-committee] Meet during ICFP?

Hello,

thanks to everyone who responded!  It seems that the same two options still
accommodate the most folks, so I suggest we meet tomorrow, Wednesday, the
26th, at 7am PDT / 2pm UTC.

I looked on Clowdr, and it looks like we can create an ephemeral private
video room on the spot (in the People/Places menu), so I'll make one
tomorrow around the time of the meeting and invite everyone to join.
 Let's plan to also be in the "Lobby" around that time, so we can find each
other easily, in case something goes wrong with the technology.
