[ghc-steering-committee] Please review #175: Lift.liftTyped, Shepherd: Ben Gamari

Hello,

I know Ben is the shepherd for this and we have not started an official
discussion, but I'd like to suggest that we accept it.
My reasoning is that it is 1) a simple change, 2) which would be quite
useful if you use typed TH, and 3) I can't really think  of any downsides
to it.
