[ghc-steering-committee] Volutneer shepherding for linear types sought

I care about them -- but I'm implicated in the proposal.
I suspect the silence is mostly to do with the fact that it’s a substantial proposal. It's certainly much more far-reaching than most of the proposals that we devote our time to. That's good -- but it's also daunting.
