GHC 9.14 fork status

Hi Ben,

Can we land the following patches:

* https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/14183
* https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/14321
* https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/14377

If someone could help landing #14183, that would be good.
