Release Plans - 9.4.1 and 9.2.4

Hello all,

Welcome to another update on our release plans.

9.4.1 (Ben Gamari)

We proceed smoothly onwards towards the release at the end of July.

The alpha3 was released last week -
https://discourse.haskell.org/t/ghc-9-4-1-alpha3-now-available/4701

The next release is scheduled to be the first release candidate.

9.2.4 (Zubin Duggal)
~~~~

We intend to also publish a new version in the 9.2 series before the
end of July.

The priority of this release is motivated by:

* Adding support for the DeepSubsumption language extension
* Fixing some critical RTS bugs
