[ANNOUNCE] GHC 8.4.4 released

Hey David, i'm looking at the git history andit doesn't seem to have any
commits between 8.4.3 and 8.4.4 related to the dataToTag issue
does any haskell code in the while trigger the bug on 8.4 series?
