I'm not seeing anything like this at the moment but I have seen a great
deal of variability in testsuite results recently. In fact, I had to bump the
acceptance window size of T4029 as my local machine, Harbormaster, and
the OS X build bot differed by nearly 10% in max_bytes_used.
