Listing Trac keywords

Hello everyone,

Today I took a few minutes to write some SQL to generate a list of all
of the keywords in Trac tickets. There are still a few quirks (e.g. no
hyperlinking of ticket numbers, some mysterious duplicate ticket
numbers). Nevertheless, it's better than nothing.
