Phabricator upgrade tomorrow

Ben has completed the upgrade. Smooth sailing ahead!

Highlights from this release:

1. A new homepage - https://blog.phacility.com/post/8/the_new_home_menu/
2. The new favourites menu -

3. Emoji Autocomplete -
https://blog.phacility.com/post/7/autocomplete_now_with_emoji/
4. The interface to differential has slightly changed due an internal
refactor but should work much the same as before.

As always, any problems ping me or Ben on IRC and we will try and sort them out.
