that looks pretty much like I broke that :-(
Do you have a backtrace? The info structs should be filled properly by ocInit_MachO when loading object code.

The nlist would point to the symbol names list. However I believe that either oc is already NULL, in which case you should have never reached that point, or info is NULL, in which case ocInit seems to not have been called.

I'll try to reproduce this today.
