building ghc-8.0 branch on Win10

Sorry to pester - now 'make' is failing:

I updated my cabal to be 1.25, thinking that might be the issue, but now I
realize that was probably irrelevant.

Any further ideas? (This time, I searched trac before emailing... but
didn't find anything).
