HP 2015.2.0.0 and GHC 7.10

I’m asking because until these archives appear on haskell.org, your server is the closest to a canonical location.

Halcyon references the canonical locations of GHC and cabal-install archives, in case a cautious user doesn’t want to use the builds I’ve prepared:
