Thanks.  GHC 7.10.2-rc1 can now be installed with Halcyon:

        halcyon install --ghc-version=7.10.2-rc1 --cabal-version=1.22.4.0

Supported platforms include:

- Debian 6, 7, 8
- Gentoo Linux
- openSUSE 13.2
