Build failure under Fedora 21

What you cabal installed should be irrelevant, since containers is never
built by the boot compiler.  In your full log, is 'deepseq' registered
before the build process attempts to register 'containers'?  Is
there a deepseq file in inplace/lib/package.conf.d?
