A GHC Library

I know this is a bit old, but I just had a thought that perhaps we could archive GHC papers on 
arxiv.org? This should be permanent and with a bit of effort we can get around copyright issues 
(I think). Surprisingly little Haskell research can be found on arXiv and perhaps it is time we 
changed that?
