Problem with installing "primitive" on Windows/i686

Gintautas,

I'm afraid I don't quite know what's going on immediately, but at a
glance it seems to be some Cabal bug.

I'm not quite sure why it specifically has the 'includes' directive
set to primitive-memops.h, considering 'include-dirs' and 'c-sources'
are set properly.

Have you tried fiddling with any of these and seen any different behavior?
