ANNOUNCE: GHC 7.8.1 Release Candidate 2

This GHC crashes whenever I try installing any package. (I guess this might
be due to cabal-install, though.)

  Using the RC2 at
  OS: Win7 64bit
  cabal-install version 0.14.0
  using version 1.14.0 of the Cabal library
  cabal install --nats -v3 gives this output <>,
and brings up a standard windows application crash window before the
"returned ExitFailure (-1073741819)" line with the following information:

I have later updated cabal-install (to version using version of the Cabal library), but that
didn't change this problem. The same happened with RC1, btw.
