Thanks for going to the trouble of cleaning this up.  I was never happy 
with how this all worked.

The prefix colon in the name (":Interactive") was supposed to avoid the 
possibility of clashing with a user-defined module, rather like the 
":Main" pseudo-module.  Could that be a problem with "Ghci1" and so on? 
  What about the "interactive" package?  Perhaps these ought to be 
renamed to something that can't be user-defined?
