Probably my error, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem that
was missed. Thanks for checking. Sorry for any confusion I caused.
Here are the details of what I did:
I took ghc-188.8.131.5240226-x86_64-apple-darwin-mavericks.tar.bz2 from
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/dist/7.8.1-rc2/ and followed the instructions in
