GHC iOS 7.8.1 RC1 for Device & Simulator

Thanks Luke!

Tested on simulator and device, and both work.

The docs need a few more comments, namely, users should
download the latest ghc-ios-scripts as these have changed,
and the output files Counter.a and Counter_stub.h are now
written to subdirectories build/i386 and build/arm for the
respective architectures.
