More validate failures

The fact GHC 7.4 and GHC 7.6 accepted tcrun045 was a bug that we
didn't catch (implicit parameters in superclass constraints should
have been rejected). I don't have a reference off hand for this, but I
do know Simon discussed it and this was the conclusion.
As for the others, it's entirely possible that the LLVM version you
are running is buggy and produces incorrect code. It wouldn't be the
first time this has happened. Can you try with any other version of
LLVM, perhaps?
