Yes, that excludes 0.4.*, as I assumed that the DPH libs need only to be
built with the GHC source tree's array package (which has been bumped to
version 0.5.0.0 as of [1] even though the commit message fails to
mention that)

Well, I tested mainly that validate passes with a cleanly checked out
GHC HEAD (which it does); is there more to do?
