Could not find 'Prelude'

I bet if you run ghc-pkg check it will say that base is broken due
to a missing librts... (try changing your build.mk to this:)

GhcLibWays = $(if $(filter $(DYNAMIC_GHC_PROGRAMS),YES),dyn v,v)
