spam on the wiki?

You have the choice of:

(a) New users can improve the wiki content without needing to request
    special privs

(b) Spammers can't spam the wiki

Currently we've chosen (a). I thinkt here's a captcha of some sort, but
it doesn't fully solve the problem.
