OK, I patched it over by changing the shebang line to bash.
I'll need someone to twiddle the permissions on the Trac
database to get the Trac hook working:

remote: trac.db.pool.TimeoutError: Unable to get database connection within 0 seconds. (TracError: The user ezyang requires read _and_ write permissions to the database file /home/trac/ghc/db/trac.db and the directory it is located in.)
