[GHC DevOps Group] CircleCI status and budget concerns

Ok, so we need $200/month (to get a limit extension for four containers).

Would any of the institutions represented on this mailing list be able to cover these costs? (The eternal gratitude of the Haskell community would be yours! Oh, and you get a more thoroughly tested compiler!)
