Do not deallocate stack for jump/switch table jumps
Though the name is misleading, we consider them to be branching. For
branch instructions we do not deallocate (parts of) the stack, but keep
the stack pointer (sp) intact.

Add reproducer for dealloc instructions in switch table jump expressions (#25733)
Measures taken to make the test stable:
- Use 'a' as variable prefix, because X86 32bit stumbled over the
variable name 'i386'
- Flush stdout to make test output deterministic
- Use type annotations to support 32bit archs

Remove redundant location strings in expectJust and friends (#25743)
Now we can use HasDebugCallStack instead to avoid cluttering the code
with strings and to avoid maintaining those strings (e.g. renaming them
when functions are renamed...).

Cmm: Track MachOp arity via GADT evidence (#18144)
Implements #18144. This allows removing quite a few panics in
the Cmm pipeline, since the type system now enforces that uses
of a MachOp are always exactly saturated.
Indeed, there were _so many_ panic branches associated with
tasks like "generate code for every unary MachOp" and
"fold constants for every MachOp applied to one int literal"
that there was a strong temptation for developers to use
wildcard matches to reduce duplication of these panics.
However, doing so hurts compiler maintainability, by making
it easy for developers adding new MachOps to miss places where
these operations really should be processed without panicking.
This has led to bugs like #18141 and #25771 in the past.
