    Preliminary working state
    
    This almost works. Yet we run into:
    ```
    Build system error - cannot currently call askOracle:
      Reason:          Within withResource using Resource ghc-cabal
      Question type:   OracleQ CmdLineFlags
      Question value:  OracleQ (CmdLineFlags ())
    Move the askOracle call earlier/later
    ```
