    Make a TExp a wrap a TH.Exp instead of a TH.ExpQ.
    
    We also provide two new helper functions:
    
      unTypeQ :: Q (TExp a) -> Q Exp
    
      unsafeTExpCoerce :: Q Exp -> Q (TExp a)
