[Hs-Generics] Wiki and summary for LIGD

Hello,

I've added an entry for Generic Programming in the Haskell wiki here:

http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/Libraries_and_tools

For now the main page does not have much but I hope 
that we can add more content. 

The summary for LIGD can be found here:

And I have also created a page with the template:
