  * Enable darcs-all to graft packages from diverse URLs.
  The list of packages in src/libraries/default-packages can now include a
  full URL as an alternative to just the name of the library package.  If
  there is a URL, it is used to 'darcs-all get' the repo, otherwise, the
  package is found on darcs.haskell.org.
