  * Finally, the last changes necessary to make literal Integer patterns
  work everywhere!  This covers the last remaining (difficult) case
  where the pattern is in an unknown context (i.e. not Num).
  
  Note: This doesn't yet cover Floats Doubles and Rationals, but they
  should be easy now that Ints/Integers always work.
