  Log:
  Fix two configuration bugs for ghc>=6.5.  The symbol 604 is too
  specific, so assume that the 6.x series is the default these days,
  making 5.04 the special case.  Also, the modules from the MTL package
  now require -fallow-undecidable-instances.
