  Log:
  A minimal compatibility script to enable cpphs to accept the same
  arguments as the real cpp.  Allows drop-in replacement as e.g.
      ghc -cpp -E -pgmP cpphs.compat
  Path to the installed cpphs is currently hard-wired.
