  Log:
  Update the 'fixCVS' script to patch a working nhc98 repository without
  requiring a new checkout.  Deals with the change of src/cpphs from CVS
  to darcs.  The old working copy of the cpphs directory is retained
  as cpphs-cvs, in case there were any un-committed changes that now
  should be transferred to darcs.
