  Synched with FFI spec and HsFFI from fptools, major changes:
  * No Cygwin magic anymore, probably not needed
  * FFI types are typedefs, not #defines
  * Nuked HS_WORD*_MIN limits
  * Added float limits
  * Made the header C++-friendly
