Some small improvements to 'hi'.
  * When using ghc, we need to add the option -fglasgow-exts.
  * Use the environment variable SCRIPTDIR to ensure that we always
    call the 'hmake' that matches 'hi' in version.
  * Change the :hc command to report all available compilers in addition
    to the current compiler.
  * Add a new command :version to report the version number of hmake/hi.
