    Revert "Don't inline most integer operations"
    
    This reverts commit 9506f95ac32c91a9fa6ce659a4474d6f85e55268.
    
    It caused problems for DPH:
        http://www.haskell.org/pipermail/cvs-ghc/2011-August/064602.html
    and was solving a pretty minor problem that we can live with until 7.4.
