patch applied (ghc-7.0/packages/containers): Remove recently-added INLINE pragmas from Data.Map and Data.IntMap

  * Remove recently-added INLINE pragmas from Data.Map and Data.IntMap
  This gets us back to the status quo in the 7.0 branch, while the
  best pragma solution is worked out in the HEAD.
