Hugs.c, add comment

The stack overflow detection code is pretty opaque at best. Its based
on code from a Dr Gui column which is no longer easily available. I
have found it on the MSDN archive, so here's a patch to add the URL.
If anyone ever wants to figure out what it does, they will need that
link!
