WinHugs, Sensible defaults

Hi,

When starting WinHugs for the first time the font would be set to size
2pt, about 2 pixels high per letter. This patch changes it to be a
sensible size, 10pt. It also makes the default window size big enough
to display the ascii art logo without wrapping.
