WinHugs error

Hi,

There is an error in WinHugs now, caused by Prelude.h, which relates
to this line (line 725-750 ish):

#define STD_EMPTY_MODULE      "Hugs"

It used to be 

#define STD_EMPTY_MODULE      "Hugs.Base"

which works fine on windows, the new version doesn't.

This seems to have been changed in revision 1.74, my first patch to
remove the status bar. I certainly don't remember putting that in my
patch, and if I did it was unintentional.
