  * Removed --enable-ffi from the configure commandline, this is handled
    automatically nowadays.

  * Added EXTRA_CONFIGURE_OPTS environment variable for passing
    additional options to configure without editing the .spec file

  * Build users_guide, too, and add the resulting docs to the RPM.
